The conference is targeted towards key figures in politics and the public administration, the research and education community, and trade and industry. A top-quality scientific programme is designed to provide participants with new insights and enable them to explore the dynamics of networks and industrial clusters while promoting network-building and knowledge-sharing at a high level.
The conference is a collaborative effort by Innovation Norway, the Research Council of Norway and the Industrial Development Corporation of Norway (SIVA). This year the Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities (KS) will also be involved in organising the event.

Practical information, programme and registration
The first day of the conference will focus on regional innovation systems and potential changes to these, for example as a result of the establishment of regional research funds or county-municipal ownership of Innovation Norway. The second day of the conference will be devoted to clusters, cluster development and what is needed to promote innovation in clusters.
